Historical pollution
Poor washing or weak detergent leaves behind a thin layer of dirt. Over time that builds up into historical pollution, a perfect place for pathogens to grow which puts animal health and performance at risk.
Effective cleaning
To clean properly you need time. A good detergent has to soak in and break down the dirt. That’s why foam needs to stick well to the surface. The better it sticks, the longer it works and the cleaner the result.
Effective disinfection
A broad spectrum disinfectant kills many types of pathogens. But sometimes that’s not enough. To fully get rid of a disease in the barn, you may need to target specific pathogens with a focused approach.
What type of contamination are there
and how do you effectively remove them?
Inorganic contamination such as lime, calcium or iron can be removed with Acidic cleaners. Organic contamination like Manure, Feed and Skinfat needs to be remove using Alkaline cleaners. Next you need to look at the level of contamination to select the type of treatment.

ATP Swaps
ATP stands for adenosine triphosphate, which is an energy molecule found in all living things. By testing for the presence of ATP on a surface, you’re testing for the presence or growth of microorganisms, like bacteria.
